At Editure Education Services Limited we work closely with our customers, who include individual schools, Local Authorities and Regional Broadband Consortia. Working in such close partnership provides us with regular feedback about our products, which enables us to carry out improvements and updates. Providing ongoing support to our clients is important to Editure; through the creation of online guides and usergroups we have provided areas for customers to collaborate and communicate, as well as access information.  Our dedication to customer care is second to none and we strive to ensure that each and every client has the best possible experience with their product.

After introducing the idea of what a learning platform is, I set up a forum for the children to add comments about their science topic: minibeasts. Using the built-in drawing tool every child could contribute to the forum and enjoyed looking at each other’s comments. The parents were stunned at the use of ICT at such an early age, and couldn’t imagine what the children would be doing in 10 years’ time.
